Using flush-cutters cut three 20-inch lengths and two 5-inch lengths of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
STEP 2
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and bent-nose pliers open four silver-plated 5mm jumprings and five silver-plated 10mm twisted jumprings.
STEP 3
Pass one jumpring through the loop on the bar portion of one 15mm smooth round toggle clasp. Close the jumpring. Repeat to attach a second jumpring creating double jumprings.

Pass one jumpring through the previous double jumprings and close. Repeat to attach a second jumpring creating double jumprings.
STEP 4
Pass one 10mm jumpring through the hole in one crystal Bermuda blue 30mm urban drop and close. Repeat to attach one 10mm jumpring to a total of five crystal Bermuda blue 30mm urban drops.
STEP 5
String onto one 20-inch length of beading wire one sterling silver 2x2mm crimp bead. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp bead creating a small loop (approximately 1/8 inch) and leaving approximately 1/4 inch of thread on the end.

Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite®) inside the crimp (optional). Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead and, using scissors, trim the excess thread from the short end.
STEP 6
String the following onto the beading wire:
  • Three Czech glass metallic silver #11 seed beads
  • One hundred and eight crystal Capri blue 4mm rounds

  • Three crystal Capri blue 4mm rounds
Repeat this sequence to string a total of five sets.
STEP 10
Continue to string thirty-five crystal Capri blue 4mm rounds and three Czech glass metallic silver #11 seed beads.

Repeat Step 5 to secure the strand.
STEP 11
String onto one 5-inch length of beading wire the loop on one end of each of the three strands. Double the 5-inch length of beading wire in half so the strands are centered.

String the following onto both ends of the 5-inch length of beading wire:
  • One rhodium-finished 12.5x9mm hammered cone (open end covering the ends of the strands)
  • One crystal Capri blue 4mm round
  • One sterling silver 2x2mm crimp bead
  • One Accu-Guard™ wire protector
  • The double jumprings on the end of the bar portion of the toggle clasp
Pass the ends of the beading wire back through the crimp bead. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the ends. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite) inside the crimp (optional).

Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters trim the excess from the short ends of the beading wire. Place one silver-plated 4mm crimp cover over the crimp bead then gently close it.
STEP 12
Repeat Step 11 using the loop on the ring portion of the toggle clasp.
